Downtown Owosso is home to The Lebowsky Center which has a reputation for jawdropping performances. The Wizard of Oz
has certainly been no exception. With a strong cast, full of members from Impact Dancer and just your average citizen.
Every memeber did a wonderful job regardless of their background or level of experience. The director, Garret has been doing shows with OCP
-The Owosso Community Players- for many years, and he will continue to do so for many more. Often people call him the glue that holds
the community together.
As mentioned before, this show is the kickoff for a new season, full of more fun filled and iconic shows, The Wizard of Oz
was the perfect one to start it all off. Micheal Windagle (Scarecrow), is a teacher, director, and father of 2.
He wrote in a Facebook post that he was, "so incredibly greatful to be able to perform with his best friends."
It's clear the members of the show were a very tight knit bunch which always makes for a better show. The Owosso Community
Players is full of wonderful actors and actresses and they continue to put on phenomenal shows to bring joy to their audience.
